5pm, 530pm, & 6pm on Tues/Thurs
*You can switch between days and class times whenever you need to.  Attend between 1-3 30 minute classes each day*

EXAMPLE--Buy 16 sessions:
A. Do four 1 hr sessions + eight 30 minute sessions in one month
OR B. Do sixteen 30 minute sessions in one month
OR C. Do eight 1 hr sessions in one month
OR D. Do three 1.5 hr sessions, two 1 hr session + three 30 minute sessions in one month
You will have sixteen 30 minute sessions per month on the 16 package plan to use however you like during the month you sign up for.

ABOUT SMALL GROUP SESSIONS

Small group training sessions are a great way to get your personalized fitness training in while saving some money. The program is geared towards women, the class sizes are limited to 6 students per class time, and you pay between $6-$9 per 30 minute session depending on the package you purchase. The calendar is set with a month full of unique 30 minute training classes for you to choose from. You can choose which types of classes you want to attend, do one 30 minute session or 2 to make an hour long workout or even 3 in a row for an hour and a half long exercise blast. You are in relative control of your training program with the options and dates set before you, simply RSVP for your sessions to reserve your space or show up and check in to a class if you see there is spaces for you. Each 30 minute session is limited to 8 participants so its highly recommended to plan your Calendar of classes in advance.

TRAINING STYLE AND CLASS FORMAT

Our group training sessions are a combination of P90X , crossfit , calisthenics , body weight training, cardio ballet barre , pilates , yoga , kickboxing , resistance training, plyometrics, and more.  We use the P90X muscle confusion technique and take it to the extreme by incorporating 30 minute intensly variatied routines.   We take exercises straight from the P90X DVD and fuse them into our workouts each day.  You won't find a more diversified physical fitness class in Los Angeles.




Please note that if you RSVP for a class and don't show, it will be counted as a used session. Out of respect for the group, you have up to 24 hours before each scheduled class to change your RSVP before it is considered a confirmed session for you. Each package of sessions you buy must be used for the month that you purchase.
