Weekend Warrior Adventure Workout--2hrs (register below)
What is the Weekend Warrior?
Our Weekend Warrior program is a 2 hour total fitness ADVENTURE EVENT. We run it in 2 of our locations: Los Feliz and Santa Monica, you can choose either one. It's a combination of Boot Camp Workout , Power Abs,Jogging, Stretching, Resistance Training, Partner Drills, and much much more. Think it sounds like a lot? Well it is, a lot of fun and fitness...and all for under $20.
Weekend Warrior: May 17th Special Adventure Workout in Griffith Park and Santa Monica
BURN HOLIDAY FAT WITH WEEKEND WARRIOR!
**This will be an outdoor mobile program. You will be able to rest when you need to or take a break if necessary. We will hike or jog in moderate intervals of 3-5 minutes and stop for exercise drills along the way.**

A quick start for your first Weekend Warrior bootcamp experience:
Be on time. Class will start without you to make sure all bootcampers get a full workout
Bring a bottle of water, you will work up a sweat! Oh, and bring a towel.
If you must have a mat to lay on while doing floor excercises, consider bringing your own mat. We carry only a limited number.
After you have purchased your workout package one of us will be in touch via phone or email to go over the basics and get you on the right track.
