in that we combine several training techniques to shock your body with complete fitness. Some of the fitness modalities incorporated in the Encino Boot Camp program are: a few Military-style Boot Camp body weight drills, cardio, resistance band training, crossfit exercises, interval training, abdominal work, agility exercises, boxing, circut training, hill sprints, and more. We believe in the power of diversity with fitness so we are constantly changing the workouts. You can succeed in your fitness quest without the gym or an expensive trainer. Q: Will the instructor yell at me at the Boot Camp in Encino?

A: The instructor will motivate you and encourage you to do your best, but not past the point of discomfort. You can take a break if you need to, there is no yelling or screaming.

Q: Do I need to bring anything with me to Encino Boot Camp?

A: Water, a towel or exercise or mat, a positive attitude, and your registration forms are all you need for your Boot Camp program in Encino.
