West Hollywood Instructor: Dulcinea Lee Hellings
Is the President and founder of A-List Fit and Boot Camp "Morning Crunch". She has been actively involved in the fitness industry for over 15 years. Dulcie is certified through AFTA in both Personal Training and Group Fitness Instruction. She took 4th place in the 2003 Ms. Fitness Hollywood competition and continually strives to educate herself in all areas of health and wellness. She designed BootCamp "Morning Crunch" in 2004 with hopes of reaching out to all of those In need of an effective and affordable means of exercise. Today she also leads small group training classes for women, does an online weekly workout show called Real Hollywood Trainer, and stars in the Happy Baby Workout DVD for brand new moms. She still leads the West Hollywood Boot Camp everyday and loves it!

A quick start for your first West Hollywood bootcamp experience:
Be on time. Class will start without you to make sure all bootcampers get a full workout
Bring a bottle of water, you will work up a sweat! Oh, and bring a towel.
If you must have a mat to lay on while doing floor excercises, consider bringing your own mat. We carry only a limited number.
After you have purchased your workout package one of us will be in touch via phone or email to go over the basics and get you on the right track.
